2015 dry Riesling (100%)

Aromas of citrus and tropical fruits. Dominant acids create a crisp, balanced wine that pairs nicely with many foods.
Green apple and soft lemon flavors, full mouth feel, and a long, even finish.

2014 Cabernet Sauvignon (100%)

Strong red fruits on front palate; dill weed, thyme, black pepper, elegant spices on the mid-palate; rhubarb and
raspberries on the end palate. A slow, elegant finish.

"Screaming Baby" red blend

A well-balanced, medium-bodied, soft wine. Light licorice, lavender, red & black berries, cedar
smoke, rose petals, subtle tannins. Ruby red color; long, elegant finish.

2015 Petit Verdot (100%)

Cedar smoke, robust, velvety/silky, dark fruits, rich spices, deep violets, inky color, balanced/soft finish.

2015 Malbec (100%) - limited stock

Bold/intense blackberries and black huckleberries, deep smoke, rich spices, violets, deep/inky color, balanced/lingering finish.

2014 Cabernet Franc (100%)

Big exotic spices, intense red fruits, cloves, light vanilla, poblano peppers, dill weed, white
pepper, mildly dry, long/lingering finish. A powerful, New World wine.

"FAIKEN" premium red blend

A well-structured, full-bodied, elegant wine. Light fennel, leather, blueberries, cedar smoke, lingering spices, subtle tannins.

"Cab Frank" Cabernet Franc

Exotic spices, black berries, deep forest smoke, cloves, subtle tannins. Lengthy, smooth finish.

2014 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (100%)

Aromas of strong, deep red fruits, light smoke, and leather. Cinnamon, dark cocoa, and
subtle spices on all palates. 40% new oak.

Current Wine List

The primary mission at Long Cellars is to produce fine Bordeaux varietals from some of the most notable vineyards in Washington.

Vineyards

Currently, Long Cellars is sourcing fruit from vineyards located in the Yakima Valley A.V.A., which is the oldest A.V.A. in Washington.

Production

In 2014 and 2015, Long Cellars produced single varietal and blended wines using all six red Bordeaux varietals.
